WE HAVE CHOSEN DA NANG HI-TECH PARK AS A LOCATION TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT OF HIGH-TECH AND HI-TECH AUXILIARY FACTORY FOR RENT.


As the investor of Long Hau Industrial Park in Long An, we have successfully developed the products of factory for rent, as evidenced by our 100% occupancy rate of more than 60,000 m2 of factory for rent. According to the market assessments, small and medium-sized enterprises in high-tech and high-tech auxiliary industries have the tendency to expand to the Vietnamese market in the near future. We decided to investigate and afterward selected Da Nang High-tech Park as an investment location for the project of high-tech and high-tech auxiliary factory for rent to catch up with the market patterns with a construction land area of 29.6 hectares and total investment capital of more than 1,000 billion.

Initially we experienced a great deal of difficulties in expanding the market of factory for rent to other cities and provinces. However, we have received an enthusiastic welcome and considerable support from the People's Committee of Da Nang City and the Da Nang High-tech Parks and Industrial Zones Authority. Our company's project of "High-tech and high-tech auxiliary factory for rent" was quickly deployed in Da Nang High-tech Park and soon welcomed our first two Japanese clients including Hatsuta and Inaba.

There are compliments that Da Nang is "a worth-living city". This is absolutely true as we have ourselves witnessed major improvements in the infrastructure that Da Nang Hi-tech Park provided to investors, besides the exceptionally rapid development of important traffic routes connecting the city center and the international port to the Hi-tech Park. This has created favourable conditions for moving goods and attracting human resources to Da Nang Hi-Tech Park.

In addition, the competitive advantage of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park is geology. With the terrain of hills and mountains having been flattened, we were able to bear a lower initial investment cost for the factory compared to other areas. Low in-put cost leads to low cost of sales and as a result the rental price of factories in Da Nang High-Tech Park is lower than that of other hi-tech parks such as Hoa Lac (in the North) and Sai Gon (in Ho Chi Minh City).
