On September 23rd the People's Committee of Danang City has announced the decision to establish and appoint a leader of the Management Board (MB) for Danang high-tech and industrial park infrastructure development projects.

This is a public non-business unit directly under the City People's Committee, operating in the form of construction investment project management board. The forerunner of the unit is the Management Board of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park Construction Investment Project under the management of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority.

The Management Board is performing the function of the investor and directly organizing the management of construction investment projects assigned by the City People's Committee, or operating projects for projects under the investment ownership of departments and sectors. through the project management entrustment contract according to the provisions of the Construction Law, the Investment Law and current legal documents.

At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Danang City has also awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Anh, former Director of Danang High-Tech Park Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Director of Management Board of Industrial and Hi-Tech Park Infrastructure Development Projects. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Danang City Ho Ky Minh said that, in the short term, the city continues to assign the task to the Management Board to deploy 5 resettlement areas for the resettlement of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (in preparation for investment), and at the same time research and develop to open 2 new urban areas, namely Urban Area 1 (Hoa Lien and Hoa Son communes, the study area is about 250 ha) and Urban Area 2 (in Hoa Ninh, the study area is about 500 ha) and some other projects.

Mr. Nguyen Van Anh, Director of Da Nang Industrial and Hi-Tech Park Infrastructure Development Project Management Board, said that the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park project has basically completed Phase I, reaching 98% and phase II reaches 90%. Phase III is currently under construction, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021 and finalized in 2021.

In addition, the supporting area for the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park project has completed 70% of the volume, the remaining volume is due to ground problems, expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021 and finalized in 2021.

A number of other projects are also being urgently implemented such as the resettlement area for the clearance of the High-Tech Park and the auxiliary area, the project of the Tan Ninh expanded resettlement area in phase 1 and phase 2 ...
