Decree 94/2020/ND-CP of the Government regulating a number of incentive mechanisms and policies for the National Innovation Center established under Decision No. 1269/QD-TTg dated October 2nd 2019 by the Prime Minister, organizations and individuals working at the Center and its partners to support innovation.

Accordingly, the subjects of application in this Decree include: the National Innovation Center and the Center's operations in Vietnam; Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals operating at the Center; Partners to support innovation of the Center and other relevant organizations and individuals.

This Decree provides for a number of preferential mechanisms and policies related to visas and foreign workers, investment credit, land, tax rates applicable to the National Innovation Center as well as bidding activities, business registration as well as other preferential mechanisms and policies for individuals and organizations engaged in innovative startups at the Center.
