MASTER PLAN

       - Total planning area: 1,128.40 hectares, of which:

       + Land for functional areas (including green land, water surface, transportation, reserved land): 612.27 hectares (approximately 54% of total area).

       + Mountainous land, irrigation canals and green belt (non-exploited land): 516.13 hectares.

       - Functional areas:

            (1) Hi-tech production - 178.67 hectares

            (2) Research-development, training and enterprises incubation - 100.34 hectares

            (3) Admin - 41.92 hectares

            (4) Technical infrastructure center - 7.17 hectares

            (5) Logistics and hi-tech services - 28.15 hectares

            (6) Residential area - 31.24 hectares (DHTP’s population of about 40,000 - 50,000 persons, of which the residents of around 10,000).

            (7) Supporting industry area: 30,76ha.
