On the basis of implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh proposed the Department of Planning and Investment to soon approve the investment research policy for CMC Corporation; At the same time, it was assigned to relevant departments, sectors and branches to promptly implement the procedures to prepare the legal basis and conditions for the investment implementation.

On that basis, the People's Committee of Da Nang City and CMC Technology Corporation were determined to accelerate the investment preparation progress to start the project on March 29th 2021.

It is known that the project to build CMC Creative Space Complex (CMC Creative Space) in Da Nang includes functional subdivisions such as research and development; software production area, information technology; internet hubs; data center; Housing for professionals, staff and related services with full amenities according to high standards.

CMC's goal is to build Da Nang into an international gateway to a data connection and storage center, in the strategy of making Vietnam become the Digital Hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Expected, total investment for the project is 12,000 billion, divided into two phases; When deployed, it will create jobs for about 2,000 workers in phase 1 and 10,000 workers in phase 2.
